RETURN CONDITIONS FOR MATERIALS PURCHASED ONLINE

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied.

If you encounter a technical problem, you can return the equipment to us for exchange.

This exchange will be immediate after testing in our workshops and validation of the defect of the article by our technical department.

 

MATERIAL RETURN

All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new condition, with original tags.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our customer service: contact@euromed-yachting.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving confirmation of Return Merchandise Authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase: Return the item to the following address:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. When the product has been tested, and the defect due to poor workmanship of the material, and not to poor adaptation or use, is confirmed, the shipping costs will be refunded to you.

Please ensure the reliability of your shipment, Euromed Yachting cannot be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of the equipment at its premises.
